‘Feeling of Pride’: Student-Led Social Injustice Demonstration

Listen

On October 16, students, faculty, staff, and College leaders came together in a peaceful march against social injustice on Babson’s Wellesley campus.

Posse Scholars Ysbely Santos ’23, Nicollette Phillips ’23, and Zykera Steward ’23 played integral roles in planning and leading the demonstration, and share what inspired them to lead this initiative.

“I want to speak out, I want to give other students a chance to speak out,” Phillips said. “The sweat and hard work we put into this was definitely worth it. I would love to do this again within my next two-and-a-half years at Babson.”
