Babson Recognizes Faculty Promotions, Retirements
Fourteen Babson College faculty members recently received promotions, including three who were promoted to full professor status:
- Shay Blanchette Proulx ’90, MBA’13 (Accounting & Law) promoted to full Professor of Practice
- Robert Bonnevie (Management) promoted to Associate Professor of Practice
- Leslie Garbarino (Accounting & Law) promoted to Associate Professor of Practice
- Ruth Gilleran (Operations and Information Management) promoted to full Professor of Practice
- Paul Griesmer (Finance) promoted to Associate Professor of Practice
- Rich Hanna (Marketing) promoted to full Professor of Practice
- Krista Hill Cummings (Marketing) promoted to Associate Professor with tenure
- Cheryl Kirschner (Accounting & Law) promoted to full Teaching Professor
- Ben Luippold ’01 (Accounting & Law) promoted to full Professor
- Ed Marram (Entrepreneurship) promoted to full Professor of Practice
- Mike McGuirk (Marketing) promoted to Associate Professor of Practice
- Glenn Migliozzi (Finance) promoted to Associate Professor of Practice
- Donna Stoddard P’21 (Operations and Information Management) promoted to full Professor
- Jen Tosti-Kharas (Management) promoted to full Professor
The College also recognized six faculty members who announced their retirements for their many years of service, including:

- Kent Jones (Economics): 41 years
- Julian Lange (Entrepreneurship): 30 years
