The Babson College Board of Trustees has formally welcomed four new entrepreneurial leaders to its ranks: Linda Henry ’00 H’19, Alankrita Narang MS’15, Todd Ruderman MBA’99, and Karen Snow ’93.

Narang joins the board as the new chair of the Babson Alumni Advisory Board, and Snow joins as the new chair of the College Advisory Board. Outgoing members completing their tenures include Trustees Anthony Chiasson ’95, P’26, Ryusuke Honjo MBA’99, and James A. Rullo MBA’85.

The four new trustees join the board at a pivotal time for Babson. In July, the College announced that the Babson ELevates campaign surpassed its elevated goal of $750 million, a full year earlier than anticipated. Also this summer, President Stephen Spinelli Jr. MBA’92, PhD announced that he will retire at the end of the 2026–2027 academic year, bringing a close to a chapter defined by marked growth in entrepreneurial leadership, innovation in entrepreneurship education, and historic philanthropic investments.

And in the fall, the community earned an array of rankings and recognitions, including the 30th consecutive time as the No. 1 undergraduate school for entrepreneurship by U.S. News & World Report, the No. 12 best college in America by Time, and No. 1 for the largest share of alumni who are founders and entrepreneurs by LinkedIn.

Meet the newest members of the Babson Board of Trustees:
