Doug Hardy is an award-winning writer, editor, and content strategist focused on management, innovation, entrepreneurship, and human capital topics as well as narrative nonfiction. He is the author or co-author of nine books and scores of online and offline articles. After years in book and magazine publishing, Hardy moved online in 1993, leading online editorial groups at The New York Times Magazine Company, Monster.com, and ATT New Media. He is a veteran speaker to business and consumer gatherings, and a content marketing consultant as well as a certified career coach.

Kait Smith Lanthier is the Director, Content Strategy at Babson College and the Managing Editor of Babson Thought & Action. Her writing has appeared in print and online in a variety of outlets including USA Today, Yahoo Shine, YourTango, CosmoGirl, and First for Women magazine. Smith earned her undergraduate degree in journalism and graduate degree in integrated marketing, both from Marist College.

Scott Taylor is a professor of organizational behavior and the Arthur M. Blank Endowed Chair for Values-Based Leadership at The Blank School at Babson College. He is also a research fellow with the Coaching Research Lab at Case Western Reserve University, a member of the Institute of Coaching (IOC) at McLean, Harvard Medical School Affiliate, and a core member of the Consortium for Research on Emotional Intelligence in Organizations (CREIO).

Kristen Yngve (pronounced ing-vee) is the communications director at The Lewis Institute at Babson College. She develops content to help The Lewis Institute inspire action around creating social innovation, increase understanding of the UN Global Goals, and activate the Babson community to become changemakers. Prior to Babson, she ran her own branding and content strategy business, working with the “small, smart, and mighty.” Her logo designs have been published in the international LogoLounge books. Kristen, a Phi Beta Kappa scholar, earned her undergraduate degree in studio art and English from Muhlenberg College.

Cheryl Kiser is the founding Executive Director of Babson College’s Institute for Social Innovation, teaching the power of entrepreneurial leadership and social design principles in creating a more equitable, responsive, and sustainable world. She designs experiential learning opportunities that allow Babson students to develop real-world entrepreneurial solutions to business and societal problems. Cheryl also develops immersive certificate programs for leaders in every sector, from senior social sector leaders to young ESG professionals. Cheryl has a long-standing reputation as a positive disruptor and lives by the mantra, “Find a way to say yes.” A global leader in corporate social responsibility (CSR) and social innovation, she is the co-creator of the BabsonX course, From Corporate Social Responsibility to Social Innovation, and the author of Creating Social Value: A Guide for Leaders and Changemakers.

Shannon Sweeny Curran is the Senior Content Strategist at Babson College. Shannon is a writer, content strategist, and works with current students, alumni, and faculty to tell the Babson story. She is also the co-founder and executive director of the movement company ParadiseMoves. She earned her undergraduate degree in political and social communications from Emerson College and is currently an MBA candidate at Babson.
