Teddy Sourlis ’22 is the CEO and founder of Men’s x Mental, Inc. and former basketball player at Babson College. He discusses the unique pressures that athletes face regularly and the importance of caring for their mental health in the sixth episode of “From Problems to Possibilities: Entrepreneurial Leadership in Action,” Babson’s new podcast. 

The new episode, titled “Changing the Game: The Mind on Sports,” explores how entrepreneurial leaders make an impact at the intersection of sports and mental health. On the episode, Sourlis is joined by Beth Brown, managing director of mental health and well-being at the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation, and David S. Cohen ’95, CEO of Doc Wayne.
