With a median salary of $181,400 for alumni with 10-plus years of experience, Babson moved up from sixth overall in 2023, trailing only MIT, Princeton, the U.S. Naval Academy, and Harvey Mudd among the Best Universities for a Bachelor’s Degree.

For the second consecutive year, Babson also was ranked the No. 1 Best Undergraduate Business School by Salary Potential. In addition to the top mid-career salary, Babson graduates also earn the top early career salary ($90,600) among business schools.

Earlier this year, Babson also was ranked the No. 1 business school for return on investment, according to Payscale’s College ROI Report. Overall, Babson ranked 28th among all colleges for return on investment.

The Payscale rankings continue a string of strong recognitions for Babson College. Babson was ranked the 10th best college in America, and No. 1 for career preparation, last year by The Wall Street Journal. And, in the past year, U.S. News & World Report ranked Babson the No. 1 undergraduate school for entrepreneurship for the 27th consecutive time and the No. 1 MBA in Entrepreneurship for the 31st consecutive year.
