Babson Board Chair Jeffery Perry ’87, P’23 Named Among Most Influential Corporate Directors

Babson Board of Trustees Chair Jeffery Perry ’87, P’23 was recognized for his continuing contributions and leadership, as Savoy Magazine named him to its list of 2024 Most Influential Corporate Directors

In addition to Babson, Perry, the founder and CEO of Lead Mandates LLC, also serves on several corporate and nonprofit boards, including for-profit board roles at Fortune Brands Innovations Inc., Equitable Funds, and MasterBrand Inc. 

Perry previously was selected to the Savoy Magazine 2021 Most Influential Black Corporate Directors and Financial Times Agenda Diversity 100. 

“I am thrilled and thankful to be included in Savoy Magazine’s 2024 Most Influential Corporate Directors,” Perry shared on LinkedIn. “I strive to make a positive difference in the boardroom through oversight, insight, and foresight in mutually beneficial ways.”

Savoy Magazine describes its 2024 Most Influential Corporate Directors list as showcasing ”an elite assembly of board leaders whose strategic vision and governance excellence are reshaping the corporate landscape. These distinguished directors advance innovation and sustainable practices at the world’s most prominent corporations.” 

Under Perry’s leadership of the Babson Board of the Trustees, the College continues to thrive, recently ranking as the No. 2 Best College in the United States by The Wall Street Journal, and elevating its campaign fundraising to new heights. Earlier this year, the Babson Board of Trustees also was honored with the 2024 John W. Nason Award for Board Leadership by the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges.
