Babson Named No. 1 for Entrepreneurship in the Northeast for Fifth Year in a Row

Listen

Babson College was named No. 1 for Entrepreneurship in the Northeast for both undergraduate and graduate programs for the fifth year in a row by The Princeton Review and Entrepreneur magazine in their 20th annual rankings of undergraduate and graduate schools for entrepreneurship studies.

Additionally, the undergraduate program ranked No. 3 and the graduate program ranked No. 8 on their respective Top 50 Schools for Entrepreneurship lists for 2026. Babson also placed No.1 for entrepreneurship schools with under 10,000 enrolled students.

Babson has been recognized as the top school for entrepreneurship for three decades. Earlier this year, U.S. News & World Report named Babson the No. 1 undergraduate school for entrepreneurship for the 29th consecutive time, and it named Babson the Best MBA in Entrepreneurship for the 32nd year in a row

The Princeton Review rankings are based on a survey it conducted this summer of administrators at nearly 300 schools in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Europe offering entrepreneurship studies. The methodology includes more than 40 data points from the survey including information about academic offerings, faculty credentials, experiential learning and mentorship opportunities, and alumni entrepreneurship ventures.

The newest ranking continues Babson’s streak of accolades. In addition to the U.S. News & World Report rankings, Babson was ranked the No. 2 Best College in the United States by The Wall Street Journal for the second year in a row. And, in its inaugural college rankings in August, LinkedIn ranked Babson No. 7 overall and No. 1 in four categories—strongest alumni network, largest share of alumni who became founders or entrepreneurs, fueling business development careers, and alumni working internationally.
