Klein Marmer, who has served as interim executive director since March 2024, has guided the Blank Center—part of the Arthur M. Blank School for Entrepreneurial Leadership—through a pivotal transition, strengthening its role as the hub for entrepreneurship and new venture creation. Her leadership has ensured continuity across programs and reinforced the center’s impact on students, alumni, and partners.

“Her unwavering commitment to Babson’s values and her ability to cultivate relationships and demonstrate care make this appointment truly well-deserved,” said Donna Levin, the CEO of the Blank School. “Not to mention, her own affiliation as an MBA alumna and now as a parent makes her relationship to Babson especially profound.”

In addition to her role as executive director, Klein Marmer serves as the director of the John E. and Alice L. Butler Launch Pad and the Butler Institute for Free Enterprise Through Entrepreneurship, where she has mentored student and alumni entrepreneurs, led student engagement around entrepreneurship and policy, and cultivated a vibrant mentor network.

Since joining Babson in 2004, she also has championed signature initiatives such as Rocket Pitch, the B.E.T.A. Challenge, the Fast Track Cohort, and the Summer Venture Program—empowering countless entrepreneurs to launch and grow ventures.

She holds a BS in accounting from the University of Delaware, an MBA with honors from Babson—where she completed the Entrepreneurship Intensity Track and co-launched AdvantageNet Inc.—and is a former CPA
