Babson Ranked the No. 1 Business School for Return on Investment

Listen

The value of a Babson College education continues to pay off long after graduation. Babson ranks No. 1 among business schools for return on investment, according to Payscale’s College ROI Report.

The report ranks the best-value colleges based on median salary over 20 years minus the cost of investment compared to a high school diploma. It reports Babson’s 20-year net ROI at $964,000—dramatically greater than any other business school.

Overall, Babson ranked 28th among all colleges for ROI in the Payscale report.

The College ROI Report—which concludes that college is worth the investment, with college graduates far outearning people with only a high school degree—is the latest Payscale report to laud Babson as the top business school for compensation.

Last year, Babson was named the No. 1 Best Undergraduate Business School by Salary Potential, and ranked sixth overall for mid-career pay in Payscale’s 2023 College Salary Report. Babson graduates earn an average mid-career salary of $175,200, ranking behind only Princeton, MIT, the U.S. Naval Academy, Harvey Mudd, and Stanford. Payscale’s report also showed Babson graduates earning $88,000 in early career pay.

Babson also was ranked 10th among Best Schools For Business Majors by Salary Potential.
