Brianna DiPietro Radicioni is the Associate Director of Content Strategy at Babson College. Her career includes public relations and strategic communications planning for corporations, nonprofit organizations, startups, and thought leaders. She is a proud alumna of Babson.

As Assistant Director of Outreach, Marketing, and Communication, Alexandra is responsible for driving awareness of the Arthur M. Blank Center for Entrepreneurship's mission and brand and for developing marketing communication plans around its programs, initiatives, and signature events. Before joining the Babson team, Alexandra spent five years as the marketing director for national and regional restaurant chains, as well as three years in operations. She brings a passion for entrepreneurial environments to her position, having also had the opportunity to work with a food startup in the Harvard Innovation Lab. She has her BA in Political Science and French from Tufts University.

Kait Smith Lanthier is the Director, Content Strategy at Babson College and the Managing Editor of Babson Thought & Action. Her writing has appeared in print and online in a variety of outlets including USA Today, Yahoo Shine, YourTango, CosmoGirl, and First for Women magazine. Smith earned her undergraduate degree in journalism and graduate degree in integrated marketing, both from Marist College.

She is also the co-founder and executive director of the movement company ParadiseMoves. She earned her undergraduate degree in political and social communications from Emerson College and is currently an MBA candidate at Babson.

As a freelance copywriter and content marketer currently based in Frankfurt, Germany, she writes for a variety of organizations, including TripAdvisor, Zipcar, Mastercard, Thrillist, and KeyBank, among others, covering topics ranging from travel and personal finance to the Internet of things and 3D printing.
