Tina Pizzuti Brzezenski ’91 Joins Blank School as Executive Director of TARCO Institute 

The Arthur M. Blank School for Entrepreneurial Leadership at Babson College has appointed Tina Pizzuti Brzezenski ’91 as the inaugural executive director of the TARCO Institute for Real Estate and Entrepreneurship.

The TARCO Institute was launched in 2025 through the support of Todd Ruderman MBA’99 and is dedicated to advancing the future of real estate through entrepreneurial leadership. As executive director, Brzezenski will work alongside faculty director Erin Escobedo to expand the institute’s programming, industry engagement, and student learning opportunities.

As a partner in a real estate development, investment, and property management firm, Brzezenski has identified new opportunities, launched and expanded business lines, repositioned underperforming assets, and led multidisciplinary teams through complex projects.

Her experience spanning development, investment, and entrepreneurship aligns closely with TARCO’s mission of connecting students and industry leaders through real-world real estate innovation.

Brzezenski also has taught graduate-level real estate courses at Boston Architectural College and Endicott College, where she connects academic concepts with practical industry experience.

She earned her bachelor’s degree from Babson and her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. She is a licensed Massachusetts real estate broker and holds an unrestricted Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License.
