As Babson readies for a successful return to campus, the Dining Services team is focused on bringing innovation to the table, aimed at safety, efficiency, and quality.

But, what about the nuts and bolts of the on-campus dining experience, like dining at Trim, and grab-and-go options? We partnered with the Dining Services team to answer your most pressing questions about dining together this fall.

What is included in the meal plans?

Every meal plan comes with meal swipes, Dining Dollars, and Boost Dollars. More details can be found on the Babson Dining website.

What’s the difference between Dining Dollars and Boost Dollars?

Dining Dollars and Boost Dollars work just like money on your debit card. Boost Dollars can be used only at all Reynolds Campus Center locations and Centennial Café. Dining Dollars can be used at any dining location.

After September 6, will we be able to dine in Trim?

Limited seating will become available in Trim Dining Hall after Babson’s opening two-week period.

Will all dining locations have grab-and-go options?

Crossroads Café, Smoothie Lab, Centennial Café, and Dunkin’ will still make your favorite offerings made to order. All orders will need to be placed in advance through the Boost Mobile Ordering app.

To download the Boost Mobile Ordering app, students should text BOOST to 99299.

Where can I dine with friends?

We are identifying locations around campus, indoors and outdoors, for students to eat and socialize. There will be fewer opportunities to dine in at Trim, as gathering and physical distancing guidelines significantly reduce seating.

Will vegetarian and other dietary options still be available?

The dining team will continue to offer vegetarian, vegan, and avoiding gluten offerings around campus. Our dining team remains committed to assisting all students with dietary needs as they navigate their way through the new dining programs.

I have a dietary restriction. How do I let dining know?

Students with a dietary restriction should fill out the Nutritional Outreach Form. A dining team member will reach out to set up a virtual meeting to discuss dietary needs.

Will the new packaging be recyclable?

The dining at Babson team is working closely with their purveyors to continue to bring recyclable packaging to campus.
