Erica Zahka (left) took top honors in the Boston WIN (Women Innovating Now) Lab Finale in May. Erica’s startup, Own The Boardroom, is an “on-demand business mentor and professional closet” for men and women. Erica was supported by WIN Lab coach Nettie Nitzberg (right) of West5 Consulting.
