Over the past few years, I also have finished several triathlons and decided to take on my first international race in Bermuda in April: a one-mile swim in the ocean, 25 miles on the bike, and a 6.2-mile run. Triathlons require three disciplines and the ability to adjust to foul-ups such as lost goggles; it’s been a helpful reset exercise for career challenges.
