Federico Balestrazzi, a professional engineer, has joined international engineering firm Thornton Tomasetti as a vice president in its Facade Engineering practice. He works out of the firm’s newly opened Miami office and is the practice leader for the mid-Atlantic and South region. He emails, “Initially, I will split my time between Miami as well as New York and Boston, where I will work with our local teams on a handful of projects.
